Purpose of the Job We are seeking a highly organized, results-oriented and client-focused Marketing Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for one of our largest technology sector clients. This role serves as a central hub for all marketing activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards across the client's diverse marketing ecosystem. We need you to be confident in managing complex and multi-channel campaigns with proven experience working with large corporate clients, preferably within the B2B or enterprise technology space. This role is a 12-month fixed-term salaried contact. Key Responsibilities Project Management and Delivery End-to-End Campaign Management _ Own the project lifecycle for integrated marketing campaigns, from initial brief and strategy alignment through execution, launch, and post-launch analysis EMEA Scaling _ Manage the rollout of large-scale campaigns across multiple regional tiers and languages (FR, DE, ES, TR, PL, IT, etc) Timeline + Budget Control _ Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, track progress against milestones, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies | Manage campaign budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and expense tracking Process Optimization _ Implement and refine standardized project management methodologies (eg Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) tailored to the client's needs, promoting efficiency and transparency across all marketing efforts Quality Assurance _ Ensure all project deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and technical specifications before deployment Multi-Channel Execution Owned Channels _ Oversee the content delivery, ,localization and technical deployment across the client's owned channels, including product landing pages, blogs, social media profiles, and email marketing platforms | Ensuring Figma files and strategies align with global sign-offs Paid Channels _ Manage the production pipeline for paid media assets including video content delivery | Oversee the layering of UI elements onto videos, subtitle application across multiple languages and digital replica / AI voiceover testing | Coordinate with media planning agencies Campaign Integration _ Facilitate seamless integration between creative, content, media, and technology teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management Client Communication _ Serve as a primary point of contact for the client's marketing operations and project teams, providing regular status updates, escalating critical issues, and managing expectations Cross-Functional Leadership _ Coordinate and align internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Media, Analytics, Development) to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met Meeting Facilitation _ Participate in project status meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives, ensuring clear agendas, actionable next steps, and documented decisions Knowledge, Skills + Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, a related field or comparable experience Experience working on Google Ads campaigns would be warmly received Dedicated project management experience, with at least 3 years managing complex marketing projects or integrated campaigns, preferably within an agency setting or in-house marketing team supporting a large technology/enterprise client Demonstrated understanding of the technology industry, marketing channels (digital, traditional, content), and associated project delivery complexities Expertise with Project Management software (eg Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Wrike) and familiarity with common marketing technology platforms (CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM, Ad Servers) Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong verbal and written communication #LI-PL1 #LI-Hybrid
