Purpose of the Job We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing + Content Coordinator to join our dynamic global B2B marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety in their day-to-day, and is passionate about brand storytelling and strategic content that drives growth. Sitting within the marketing department, you’ll play a key role in supporting our content function - working closely with our Marketing Manager and Senior Copywriter to deliver a robust, always-on content plan. From managing calendars and coordinating approvals to crafting compelling copy and supporting campaign execution, you’ll help keep our content engine running smoothly and effectively. From articles and thought leadership pieces, to sizzle reels and content films, static social posts to animated carousels, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of exciting projects. This role operates on a blended basis between home and our head office in Bishopsgate, London. Key Responsibilities Content Coordination Manage content calendars and timelines across global marketing channels for both HH Global and our sub brand Nuevo Track briefs, approvals, and delivery of content assets Liaise with internal stakeholders and creative teams to align messaging Day-to-day social listening, monitoring and engaging on social media and flagging industry insights and opportunities Copywriting + Editorial Support Support senior copywriter with research, drafts and revisions Write and edit marketing copy for social and campaigns for HH Global and Nuevo Ensure tone, style and messaging align with brand guidelines Strategic Collaboration Assisting in developing messaging frameworks and campaign narratives Help organize and maintain content libraries, guidelines and templates Contribute ideas to improve content quality, consistency and engagement Cross-Team Communication Support content curation across channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone Collaborate on copywriting tasks and take lead on social media copy Collaborate and support ad hoc content requests that come into the team – including but not limited to branded ad pages and editorials, event assets and content support, case study and awards social content etc Manage and update the social media content calendar and roadmap Organize marketing assets and documentation Coordinate and assist the sign-off process for marketing materials and campaigns Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder feedback Knowledge, Skills + Experience Experience in marketing, communications, or content coordination Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail Experience in B2B marketing or brand communications Familiarity with content planning tools and editorial workflows Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Trello (or similar) A collaborative mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars A genuine passion for copywriting, storytelling and brand building #LI-DNI
