Our client’s Platforms & Devices Team brings their hardware devices and software experiences to life, in both physical and online retail environments. They’re a dynamic & focused team, whose mission is to positively influence how people discover, explore, and understand their products.

We are seeking a highly organized, creatively driven, and results-oriented Producer to join our dynamic “in-house” team supporting a flagship client in the technology retail sector. This is a key role embedded within the Central Production Hub (CPH) - a dedicated team of skilled producers, project managers and designers. The CPH operates directly within the client's organization, focused on delivery of a high-volume of high quality marketing assets across all channels for regional and local teams.

This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end creative production process for all BTL retail toolkit marketing assets (print and retail fixture refresh) for 20+ markets in EMEA. You will ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimized for maximum impact.

We are seeking a deep understanding of print production and retail marketing, and best practices for retail fixture asset refresh. You will have a proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, and be proficient in the integration of automation tools to support the creative production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Ownership - Take ownership of each campaign from the outset, ensuring that you have a full understanding of the client’s objectives and KPIs and translating this into a clear, actionable brief for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Act as the client’s main point of contact for BTL Marketing Creative Production - ensuring you are able to provide status updates at any point, and also maintain communication with the internal production team, and work closely with external agency partners.
  • Timeline & Budget Management - Develop detailed project timelines and production budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks or roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery of all assets across various channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Marketing and Campaign Managers to align production schedules with key campaign launch dates and retail calendars, working closely with Design Leads (internal and external) to ensure the creative vision is translated and transcreated accurately and efficiently into reproducible print files.
  • Asset Management - Oversee the organization, tagging, and distribution of final creative assets, ensuring correct specs and versioning for A/B testing and platform-specific requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Experience in creative production, project management, or operations.
  • Experience in managing high volume asset creation across multiple markets.
  • Management of end-to-end creative production processes for print and digital marketing assets.
  • Experience in working with a large and exceptionally complex client environment.
  • Highly organized and proficient in working with workflow management tools.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing the production of high-volume marketing advertising assets (static, video and rich media).
  • Expert proficiency with project management tools (eg Smartsheets) and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex production needs and creative feedback clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proven expertise in QC and brand compliance.
  • Experience in integrating automation tools into the creative process.
  • Proficiency in analysis and reporting on output and cost efficiency.
  • Familiarity with creative software (eg Adobe Creative Suite) and Google Workspace.
