We are looking for a commercially astute and creatively driven Account Director to lead creative and content brief responses across a portfolio of retail and FMCG brands. This role acts as the bridge between client marketing teams and creative delivery, ensuring every brief is transformed into compelling, insight-led and execution-ready output across channels. You'll lead the interpretation and response to creative briefs, ensuring outputs are strategically grounded, channel-relevant and commercially effective - acting as a trusted client partner while enabling high-quality creative delivery at scale. This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office and home.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end briefing process

  • Extensive experience in Account Management or Account Direction within a creative agency
  • Proven ability to lead creative responses to briefs
  • Experience working with retail / FMCG brands on predominantly BTL campaigns and assets
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel content
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership capability
