We are seeking a B2B Growth Content Specialist with a passion for storytelling and content creation to join our Global Marketing team in a business that partners with some of the world's most iconic brands. This role will play a key part in supporting business growth through the creation and coordination of compelling client stories, case studies, award submissions and other growth-focused content. Working closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement and Client Engagement teams, you'll help build and maintain a strong pipeline of content that showcases the impact of our work and supports sales and business development efforts.
With a particular focus on case studies and awards, you'll be responsible for uncovering great stories, gathering insights from stakeholders and translating them into engaging, results-driven content. You'll also help establish best practices, templates and processes that enable us to scale our storytelling capability across the business.
You'll collaborate with our Sales Enablement Content, the wider Marketing team, in-house Copywriters and Design specialists. While you'll take ownership of coordinating and creating content, you'll have the support and guidance of experienced colleagues to help strengthen messaging, enhance storytelling and ensure all content is delivered to a consistently high standard.

This is a blended / hybrid role with some office presence required per week.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end development of client and project case studies, from proactive story identification through to final publication.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Client Engagement teams to maintain a pipeline of case study opportunities aligned to growth priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify case study opportunities at briefing stage, align on measurable KPIs, conduct interviews and extract key insights to create compelling client and project success stories.
- Write and develop case studies that clearly communicate business challenges, solutions, outcomes and impact.
- Maintain case study templates, processes and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Work alongside the Sales Enablement Content Manager to ensure case studies are accessible, up-to-date and effectively shared across the business.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose client stories into social content, presentations, digital assets and video case studies.
- Ability to brief, coordinate and manage shoot and editing of content.
- Proactively identify new client success stories and project highlights that can support future growth initiatives.
- Coordinate the annual awards program, identifying new opportunities and maintaining visibility of key opportunities, deadlines and submission requirements.
- Partner with client teams and internal stakeholders to identify award-worthy projects and campaigns.
- Manage the collection of information, supporting materials and stakeholder contributions for submissions.
- Draft and develop compelling award entries that demonstrate innovation, impact and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure submissions are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.
- Maintain an archive of award submissions, supporting materials and results.
- Support the development of growth-focused content requests from across the business.
- Create and update client one-pagers, credentials documents, capability summaries and other sales support materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks and business objectives.
- Maintain and organize shared content resources, templates and libraries.
- Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales Enablement and Client Engagement teams.
- Collaborate with our in-house copywriter to strengthen messaging, storytelling and content quality.
- Partner with designers to create visually engaging content assets.
- Support content planning by identifying storytelling opportunities and emerging content needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in content workflows, processes and stakeholder engagement.
- Support on wider marketing comms projects where required, and where manageable.
Knowledge, skills + experience
- Experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, journalism or a related field. Ideally experience crafting pitch content in an agency environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong storytelling ability, with the confidence to transform complex information into engaging and commercially relevant narratives.
- Experience creating case studies, client success stories, business communications or similar content.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong ability to build, develop and manage stakeholders with effective communication skills, including managing conflicting feedback and reaching right resolution.
- Experience working within a B2B marketing environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
