You will help spearhead creative pilots as we push into richer storytelling, more engaging creative, and consistent brand messaging for our product.

- Playing a key role in leading our team through this evolution, helping upskill and bring in talent from within your network to raise our creative floor
The role is UK based and can operate on a blended basis from any of our offices. This is an initial 12-month salaried fixed-term contract.

- Improving an ever-evolving design system: Defining and developing more ‘brand’ adjacent parts of our creative: our approach to photography, video, motion graphics, TOV etc.
- Leading on new creative programs: maintaining high creative quality on new initiatives for the studio, like in-house shoot production for our social and educational content
- Creative Leadership
- Nurturing Collaboration: Foster a high-energy, results-oriented team culture built on creative collaboration, accountability, and rapid execution
- Creative Mentorship: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and technical leads, providing constructive feedback to raise creative standards
- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure optimal team utilization and timely delivery of complex, integrated campaigns, driving front-end conceptual frameworks and strategic creative direction, while collaborating with the Design Team Lead to translate these visions into robust design systems, localized campaigns, and AI-driven asset execution pipelines
- Strategic Clarity: Distill complex stakeholder feedback into precise, actionable direction for the team, minimizing revision cycles and maintaining project momentum
- AI Innovation + Production Excellence
- AI Integration: Act as the subject matter expert for the practical application of generative AI tools to optimize the creative production cycle
- Digital + Performance Focus: Work closely with Performance Marketing teams to translate quantitative insights (CPA, ROAS, CTR) into actionable creative direction
- Testing + Optimization: Lead a creative testing roadmap focused on iterative optimization of high-performing elements like hooks and calls-to-action
- Video Production
- Versatile approach: Developing suitable video concepts for quick turnaround Social and Influencer posts, business case studies, and higher concept brand ads; drive the visual storytelling by shaping compelling scripts and storyboards, and provide clear direction on set to confidently bring the creative vision to life
- Post-Production oversight: Guide the post-production lifecycle, overseeing editing, color, and sound to ensure the final deliverable lands with maximum strategic and creative impact
