As an Account Executive, you will support the delivery of projects by working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure services are delivered professionally, to specification, and on time. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth project coordination. You will help build and maintain positive relationships with client stakeholders, supporting the wider team in delivering company solutions and meeting client expectations.
Day-to-day, you will stay in regular contact with clients and suppliers, assisting in managing relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout each project. Working alongside the Senior Account Executive, you will support activities such as gathering project requirements, coordinating timelines, and liaising with suppliers. You will also assist in reviewing costings and schedules, helping to ensure the most suitable solutions and suppliers are selected for each job.
The areas of spend under management with this retail business is print and point of sale materials (POSM). This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client/vendor site(s) and home as necessary.
Key responsibilities:- Support the delivery of print projects, providing technical input where needed
- Assist in taking client briefs, capturing key specifications, and coordinating timelines
- Help identify alternative options and improvements under guidance from senior team members
- Create and update basic project specifications and documentation
- Liaise with suppliers to communicate project requirements
- Provide day-to-day client support, ensuring a high standard of service
- Track project progress to help ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain accurate records and updates using company systems
- Work closely with internal teams to support project delivery, reporting, and admin tasks
- Assist with SLA delivery, invoicing processes, and compliance, while supporting customer satisfaction initiatives

- Strong client facing skills, building relationships and advising on campaign solutions
- Experience in print, marketing print, and POS procurement
- Solid understanding of POS conceptual development
- Print knowledge and production techniques, including press passing

- Skilled in troubleshooting project issues and implementing preventative solutions
