Purpose of the job
The Account Manager is responsible for the delivery, coordination, and ongoing monitoring of retail media and digital solutions for our retail client(s), to include all fixtures, hardware and media. Working closely with internal teams, partners, and client stakeholders, you will ensure activity across Retail Media Networks (RMN), CMS platforms, and digital in-store media is executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed plans. The position is focused on operational excellence, strong client service, and performance tracking, ensuring projects are delivered to specification and continuously monitored against agreed KPIs and SLAs. This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client/vendor site(s) and home as necessary. The client is based in the Leeds area, and so you need to be able to readily access that location.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign Delivery + Coordination
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of approved projects across retail media, CMS platforms, and digital in-store media.
- Working closely with the client Media Teams ensuring accurate execution of projects and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders and external vendors to deliver activity on time, to specification, and within agreed processes.
- Client Service + Communication
- Provide clear and consistent updates to clients on campaign status, delivery progress, and performance.
- Act as a reliable day-to-day contact for operational queries and manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, and processes.
- Commercial + Operational Management
- Support budget tracking and cost control, including purchase orders and invoicing requirements.
- Maintain accurate records across all projects, including financial and delivery documentation.
- Monitoring + Performance Management
- Monitor live campaigns across Retail Media Networks and digital touchpoints, ensuring activity is running as planned.
- Track key delivery and performance metrics, escalating issues where performance deviates from expectations.
- CMS + Digital Platform Management
- Manage day-to-day tasks within CMS platforms, including monitoring of content uploads, scheduling, amends, and governance.
- Ensure all digital content is correctly deployed, version controlled and aligned to campaign timelines.
- Work with technology and media teams to troubleshoot delivery issues quickly and efficiently as well as supporting the ongoing maintenance of digital in-store media activity.
- Reporting + Data Support
- Produce and maintain regular reporting on campaign delivery and performance.
- Ensure all reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned to client requirements.
Knowledge, skills + experience
- Experience in a client service, project coordination, or account management role.
- Exposure to retail media, digital media, eCommerce, or marketing operations environments.
- Understanding of CMS tools or digital content workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery workstreams.
- High attention to detail, particularly in execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work within structured processes and follow defined workflows.
- Exposure to Retail Media Networks or digital in-store media environments.
- Experience in retail fixture design and development.
- Experience supporting campaign monitoring or performance reporting.
- Interest in shopper behavior and retail environments.
- Confident communication skills with both internal teams and clients.
