b Overview /b p In this role, you will support financial performance, governance and commercial management for a defined client portfolio. You translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders and partner with client teams to drive profitability. You will work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, collaborating across functions to enable informed commercial decisions. This is a hybrid, permanent role in the UK, focused on delivering high-quality reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support growth and process improvement. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Support Commercial Finance leadership in client account financial management /li li Analyze client contracts, scopes of work and business cases for risks and opportunities /li li Prepare and maintain client budgets and forecasts, identify variances and trends /li li Produce profitability analyses at client/account/project levels for reviews /li li Business partnering with client teams and translate financial data into insights /li li Respond to ad-hoc financial analyses and support growth through modelling /li li Prepare monthly management information with P L analysis and commentary /li li Support month-end close, accruals, revenue recognition and reconciliations /li li Assist with budgeting and rolling forecasts /li li Maintain reporting tools and dashboards for visibility /li li Support governance, controls and compliance, balance sheet reconciliations /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, CMA, ACCA) /li li Experience in a finance analyst, commercial finance or finance business partnering role /li li Strong understanding of P L and balance sheet concepts /li li Advanced Excel with financial modelling and data analysis /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills /li li Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders /li li Experience in project-based, services, media, marketing or agency environment (desirable) /li li Experience in multi-entity or international environment; familiarity with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools (desirable) /li /ul ul li analytical mindset /li li proactivity /li li collaborative /li li financial modelling /li li data analysis in Excel /li li P L and balance sheet understanding /li /ul
