HH Global are experts in Global Marketing Services, delivering exceptional marketing services and campaigns for brands and retailers across the globe. As an In-House Videographer working very closely with one of our key clients, you will be responsible for filming and editing engaging video content for a variety of channels and audiences. This global, market leading client is in the technology sector. You'll work closely with Studio Leads, Account Managers and Marketing teams, bringing your creative ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. The work will include social-first content, product videos, event coverage and internal communications, ensuring all work meets our client's brand standards and creative guidelines. Face-to-face collaboration is critical for this role and so we require 3 days per week in the office in Chertsey (M25 J12). Key responsibilities
- Film and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, product launches, internal communications and events
- Support studio leads in developing creative concepts, storyboards and shot lists
- Operate camera, lighting and audio equipment to deliver professional-quality video content across a range of formats
- Create engaged, platform-optimized content tailored to social and digital channels
- Edit footage including color correction, audio balancing, captioning and formatting for delivery
- Collaborate with designers, creatives, account managers and stakeholders to bring campaign ideas to life
- Assist with production planning, including scheduling, equipment preparation and production logistics
- Maintain organized project files, media libraries and production equipment to ensure efficient workflows
- Follow the studio’s production and traffic management processes, providing accurate time estimates and delivering projects on schedule
- Stay up to date with evolving social media trends, video production techniques, editing styles and emerging creative AI technologies
- Ensure all work adheres to client brand guidelines whilst maintaining the highest creative and production standards
Knowledge, skills + experience
- Experience filming and editing professional video content
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe CC, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio recording techniques
- Interest in social-first content creation and emerging platform trends
- Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition and pacing
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate into engaging video content
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a fast-paced studio environment
- Ability to take direction, respond positively to feedback and implement amends effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
In addition it would be great if you had:
- Experience creating content for consumer, retail or tech brands
- Experience supporting content creation at live events and activations
- An awareness of AI creative tools
- Experience contributing to storyboarding and content ideation
