Purpose of the job In this role, the Account Manager will support the Senior Account Manager and Account Director in the day-to-day management of a varied portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for the day-to-day communications, project management and account management of key client accounts. Our Account Managers take ownership of client campaigns from project initiation through to closure, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget. You will need to be able to understand the requirements of the client brief, proactively identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that drive growth for the business. The main areas of spend under management for this portfolio of clients within technology, life sciences and FMCG client are across strategic creative and digital content. This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office (Basingstoke), client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary. Key Responsibilities Own and grow allocated accounts, meeting or exceeding targets aligned to the wider portfolio Capture clear client briefs and recommend value-added solutions, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Build client trust by consistently delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations Maintain strong knowledge of client brands, tailoring delivery to their needs Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. creative, operations) to ensure effective delivery Support the development and delivery of pitch proposals Own client briefing, scoping, and quoting, defining deliverables and key milestones Align all stakeholders on project objectives Respond effectively to client queries Secure resources with the traffic team in line with budget Develop and communicate project timelines Coordinate with external suppliers where needed Lead project delivery, managing briefs, outputs, changes, and communications Monitor quality, timelines, budget, and resources, challenging where needed Ensure projects remain in scope and commercially viable Conduct project reviews with internal teams and clients Complete commercial activities, including reconciliation and invoicing Knowledge, Skills + Experience A proven track record of building lasting client relationships ensuring a client first approach and excellent client facing/presentation skills in a marketing / creative agency environment Understanding of omnichannel marketing Commercial business awareness, determination to achieve growth and strong numerical competency Passionate about marketing communications and campaign development Qualification preferably related to marketing/business communications, or similar Able to prioritise, manage time efficiently and work calmly under pressure Able to multi-task with ease and apply a methodical and logical approach Competent understanding of Microsoft Office #LI-EL1 #LI-Hybrid
