Purpose of the job
This position reports into the Traffic Manager and will manage and deliver high-quality creative. Fluent in Italian, you will develop and elevate new and existing components and content, meeting short turnaround times and managing multiple requests and deadlines, taking briefs in both English and Italian. You will meet brand standards and consistency across full conceptual creative briefs, including upfront 3D ideation for delivery retail POS requirements. You will be responsible for all creative output from ideation through design, structural design, client amends and adjustments, then for the final product adhering to brand guidelines, always aiming to exceed our client’s expectations. You will join our Studio team, working with the Traffic Manager, Account Managers and wider Creative network as well as directly with our clients, to ensure creative solutions are delivered to high standards at all times. Working on a wide range of projects predominantly retail focused, you will be comfortable managing multiple projects at once and working with the Traffic Manager and clients to prioritise your workload.
Key responsibilities
- Rethinking and transforming complex, busy content into strategic and easy-to-understand layouts
- Ensuring all final 3D builds align with brand guidelines
- Taking part in creative ideation sessions
- Presenting concepts and designs to the client persuasively
- Sketching and creative scamping capabilities prior to 3D building with a structural and material awareness
- Creative referencing with a wide range and understanding of different 3D build in-store materials
- Producing creative presentation decks with specific 3D build annotations, providing accurate measurement and specific materials used
- Using our project management tool successfully and championing company processes
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Fluent in English and Italian, speaking and written.
- BA/BS in Graphic Design/Creative advertising or related field and relevant work experience in graphic design
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Fluent knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender 3D design software
- Experience in retail campaign design in both 3D concept and 2D creative
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business
- Self-starter and effective problem solver who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Able to communicate conceptual ideas, with an openness to feedback and collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships
- Strong attention to detail, keen eye for on-brand implementations, composition and design fundamentals
- Experience with interactive PDFs and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Knowledge of pre-flighting and experience in preparing files for print/web
- Experience with vector graphics and photo editing
