This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our friendly Conveyancing and Probate teams based in Ferndown. You will assist within a busy department covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and Private Client work including Wills, Taxation, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
The Package: This position is a permanent full-time role. Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with 1 hour for lunch which equates to a 35 hour week. We offer an attractive salary which will be based on individual’s qualifications and experience.
The Candidate: You will assist within a busy department covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and Private Client. At HGW, we pride ourselves on our client care. We have a friendly and helpful team, and like all employees to adopt the same ethos.
- You should have a minimum of 1 – 2 years' experience within a similar role.
- You should have good IT skills. The use of Office 365 packages, case management systems and hosted telephony services is desirable, but full and ongoing training will be provided.
- You should be willing to adopt a strong compliance culture, but full initial and ongoing training is provided.
- You must be able to prioritise your own workload and meet strict deadlines.
- You must possess accurate typing skills and pay attention to detail.
