Your Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Van Sales Executive to join our award‑winning Mercedes‑Benz Vans dealership in Reading. Candidates should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find van solutions that meet their business needs. Experience in van sales is preferred but exceptional salespeople willing to learn our products are encouraged to apply.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Research assigned areas to identify new business opportunities.
- Answer phone calls and assist walk‑ups and wholesale customers with their needs.
- Establish and foster positive relationships with other departments.
- Conclude sales contracts and make required amendments.
- Promote current sales campaigns, achieving sales targets.
- Responsible for the showroom and first‑class vehicle handovers.
- Record customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients.
- Maintain the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop business strategies to increase sales and support organisational growth.
