Your Role
If you are looking to work with the UK's largest Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle dealership, which has been announced as a Great Place to Work for three years running, look no further! At Rygor Group, we are looking for an organised and efficient Truck Sales Administrator who can provide essential administrative support to the Sales Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace. You will deliver exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to vehicle sales admin and work with our sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
Day to day
- Answering phone calls, assisting with queries, and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Providing support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
- Processing deals from point of order to delivery.
- Chasing updates.
- Liaising with third party bodybuilders.
Skills & Behaviours
- Organisation – Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, good time management, and maintain an efficient system to keep the office running smoothly. Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Communication – Strong written and verbal communication to interact effectively with all stakeholders across the business, including answering phone calls, writing emails, and sending documents.
- Resilience – A resilient person with strong coping skills to draw on when challenges arise.
- Attention to Detail – Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks, whether data entry, record-keeping, or preparing documents, to avoid mistakes and ensure high-quality output.
