Service Advisor
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their experience. This role requires a blend of customer service skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to upsell services effectively. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our establishment.

What will you be doing?
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our service department
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle\’s issues
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle problems and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer\’s vehicle
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process
- Handle cash/card transactions and maintain accurate records of payments
Hours:
This is on a 2 week rota:
Week 1 – Monday to Friday 06.00am until 15.00pm
Week 2 Monday to Friday 11.00am to 20.00pm
You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays 08.00am to 13.00pm payment of which is included in your annual salary.
Salary: Competitive salary + bonus

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting
- Strong upselling skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value of additional services or products
- Solid mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining financial records
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
