Parts Manager – Scania Purfleet
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 with occasional Saturday’s
Salary: From £50,000 plus excellent benefits package, including:

An exciting opportunity to join the Scania Purfleet family as Parts Manager. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our Parts Department, highly organised with excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer communication skills. You will oversee a busy department of Parts professionals, enabling effective inventory control, cost management and operational efficiency.
In this role you will:
- Responsible for the day to day running of our Parts Department and colleagues.
- Deliver a premium and efficient service to our customers, at all times.
- Implement and continuously improve our processes, to maximise sales and minimise customer downtime.
- Forecast and manage parts inventory levels using data and trends to ensure we can deliver an efficient service to our customers.
- Coordinate with key suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement processes.
- Support the service team with accurate and efficient parts availability.
About you:
- Organised – able to accurately plan and forecast, ensuring the Parts Department is stocked and able to efficiently serve our customers needs.
- Great communicator – passionate about delivering an exceptional service through pro-active and open communication (verbally & written).
