The predicted salary is between 31000 - 31000 ÂŁ per year.
Up to ÂŁ31,000 pa for 42.5 hours a week on a three-week rota of either 06:00 to 15:00, 11:00 to 20:00, and 08:00 to 17:00, with a 30-minute unpaid break. Additionally, one in three Saturdays.
Your Role: Parts Advisor
At Rygor Auto, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor to support our growing team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer care, has a strong understanding of parts operations, and brings a commercial mindset to maximise stock control and sales. The right candidate will have previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a parts position within the automotive industry. You will be confident using technology and have the ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge. You will add value by ensuring the smooth running of our parts department, contributing to both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Day to day, you will be:
- Greeting parts customers on site, making them feel welcome and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting technicians by looking up and providing parts needed for vehicle repair.
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ins and wholesale customers with their part needs.
- Tracking and booking in all incoming or outgoing parts.
- Proactively sourcing alternative parts and solutions, leveraging creative problem-solving and supplier networks to minimise downtime and keep customer vehicles operational.
- Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately.
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer.
- Referring to parts manual to identify the right part for the make, model, and year of vehicles being serviced.
