We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Birtley.

Who Are We Looking For
You will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role, within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector. Or have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts. A customer focused, sales driven individual with excellent communication skills. PC Literate. Full UK driving licence.
The Parts Advisor Role / Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)
- You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter and telephone.
- Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
- Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
Working: Monday to Friday & 1 in 3 Saturday’s (Saturday paid as overtime).
