Motus Commercials located in Nottingham is on the lookout for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:
- Week 1 - Monday to Friday 6.00am - 15.00pm
- Week 2 - Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.00pm
- Week 3 - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 18.00pm followed by Saturday AM

As a Parts Advisor at Motus Commercials in Nottingham, we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

Main duties will be:
- Provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers' vehicles are back on the road within the shortest time possible.
- Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems.
- Drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first-class customer service to upsell products.
- Undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners.
- Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements.
- Understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods.
