Join Ciceley Commercials Ltd at our Carlisle dealership as an Assistant Parts Manager. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and problemâsolving skills to ensure efficient, highâquality service delivery. You will directly support the Aftersales Manager in the dayâtoâday running of the Parts department, serving general public and trade customers and supplying our own workshop.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and picking of orders
- Carry out daily/weekly stock checking
- Ensure parts store is kept tidy and organised
- Assist with preâpicking of parts for the workshop
- Assist and supervise other team members
- Plan efficient van delivery routes through use of company resources
- Drive sales to meet targets
- Develop and motivate the Parts team through use of KPI's
- Ensure excellent customer service to both retail and trade customers
- Assist the Aftersales Manager with daily operations
- Ensure compliance with current regulations
Qualifications
- Practical experience in an After Sales environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Can demonstrate a 'can do' positive attitude and problemâsolving ability
- Demonstrate leadership skills through effective delegation and team spirit
- Work well under pressure
