North West Trucks is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Parts Telesales Advisor to join our busy team in Huyton. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for commercial vehicle parts, strong sales skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Hours and Pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00 am to 5:00 pm, overtime until 7.00 pm, Saturday (rota basis), 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. i.e. 40 to 48 hours per week, 1 lunch break (unpaid). £13.40 per hour, overtime paid at time and a half. Bonus paid monthly upon achieving target.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound telesales calls.
- Identifying customer requirements and advising on suitable parts.
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively upselling and promoting offers where appropriate.
- Liaising with the parts and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Ideal Experience / Qualifications
- Previous experience in parts telesales or a similar role (commercial vehicle knowledge).
- Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude.
- Good IT skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
