The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Leicester. As a Parts Advisor, we can offer you:

Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:
- You will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role, within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Or have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
- A customer focused, sales driven individual, with excellent communication skills.
- Understand the need to be flexible. We operate to accommodate our customers’ needs and some may fall outside of contracted hours.
- Ability to build customer relations and communicate in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, online, telephone and various other platforms.
- Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
- Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm.
