The predicted salary is between 24800 - 34800 £ per year.

Salary: to £31,000 (dependent on experience) plus quarterly bonus (up to 10%) and the opportunity for overtime (paid at 1.5x).

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday).

What you will do

As a Regional Invoicer, your key responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dealership through accurate and timely invoicing for all completed work. You will maintain a clear, organized audit trail in line with Volvo’s dealer standards. Your attention to detail will help ensure invoices are processed promptly and warranty and contract claims are handled smoothly.

  • Process invoices using 5-digit V.S.T numbers, ensuring all parts and sublet items are correctly included.
  • Ensure all sundries and environmental charges are accurately billed.
  • Maximize charges across all areas to meet financial targets.
  • Process invoices accurately across categories: Warranty, Contracts, Retail, and Maintenance & Repair.
  • Maintain budgeted margins and monitor work in progress against weekly and monthly targets.
  • Adhere strictly to warranty and contract procedures, ensuring compliance at all stages.
  • Include the 3 C\’s in warranty and contract claims: Complaint, Cause, Cure.
  • Proactively address claims or errors within warranty and contract transactions.
  • Resolve issues in the rejections spreadsheet promptly, addressing all queries.
