Parts Manager at Marshall Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van Andover

Take the lead in managing parts operations with one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups. We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to oversee and drive the success of our Parts department, ensuring outstanding service and operational excellence.

In this role:

  • You’ll lead and motivate the parts team, providing clear direction and support to maximise productivity and team morale.
  • You’ll manage stock levels efficiently while minimising costs, and ensuring timely and accurate departmental administration.
  • You’ll maintain professional relationships with suppliers and external partners to support smooth operations.
  • You’ll drive sales growth by maximising parts sales to both trade and retail customers, delivering excellent customer care and satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with experience in a Parts Supervisor or Management role, ideally with previous franchised dealership experience. A calm, professional approach and excellent stakeholder management abilities are essential.
