We have a fantastic opportunity to join our DAF Service Truck Dealership based in Bathgate. You will be manning the Service Reception desk and duties will include:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and efficient manner both in person and by telephone
- Assessing customers’ needs and booking trucks for repair or service work
- Preparation of job cards
- Communication of work to Workshop Controller
- Communicating with the customer at all stages of the repair for authorisation if needed
- Maintaining company databases
What are we looking for?
- Experience of working within a similar role within the automotive/truck environment
- Commercial vehicle technical knowledge
- Reliability
- PC literate
