At Marshall Mercedes- Benz Truck & Van Andover, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified Service Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team. Whether you’re already an expert or developing your craft, we’ll support your growth with state-of-the-art facilities, a friendly team and manufacturer training that keeps you on top of your game.
In this role:
- You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write‑ups and job card completion.
- You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent). Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work. Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality. Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus – full training can be provided if not yet qualified. Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
