We are recruiting Class 1 Drivers for our client who has depots in Bournemouth, Southampton and Portsmouth. This role involves night trunking and depot-to-depot trailer swap work, with ongoing temporary and ad-hoc shifts available. Average shift length is 10–12 hours, with start times between 13:00 – 20:00.
Licences and Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months Class 1 (C+E) experience.
- Full UK licence with no more than 6 penalty points (no majors).
- Current CPC and tachograph cards.
- Recent tachograph data (12 recorded shifts in the last 3 months).
Pay Rates
£18.50 – £26 per hour (PAYE only). Guaranteed 5 shifts block booked per week; we can also accommodate drivers looking for ad-hoc work weekdays and weekends. Trunking work (depot-to-depot) trailer swap on double-deck vehicles (no handball). Ongoing and ad-hoc work available. Block bookings are given one week in advance.
