We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing & PPC Manager to take full ownership of Google Ads performance across multiple, established HGV training brands.
- Experience working with sales teams, with a clear understanding of how marketing feeds into bookings and revenue.
- A good all-round understanding of digital; how acquisition channels, websites, CRO and lead follow-up/nurture work together to drive results.
- Someone who is practical and hands-on, enjoys identifying opportunities, testing ideas and improving performance, rather than being purely strategic.
- PPC is an important part of the mix, but weβre open to candidates who bring strength in other performance areas such as SEO, UX/CRO, CRM, AI or automation, alongside paid media knowledge.
This is a commercially focused, in-house role with a direct impact on revenue, not just lead volume. You will be responsible for budgets, lead quality, and ROI, working closely with sales and CRM data to drive profitable growth.
