We're growing our fleet and looking for reliable Class 1 drivers to join our team for long-term work with one of the world's leading e-commerce 'll drive between fulfilment centres, complete your shifts and return to your home location at the end of your working pattern. What you'll get £41,600 gross per year £25 night-out allowance Additional payments for night shifts and other applicable extras Weekly pay 5 shifts per week with 4 nights out 28 days' paid holiday Company pension Modern, well-maintained trucks – generally less than 5 years old Free on-site parking Night-out parking paid for Regular fulfilment-centre-to-fulfilment-centre work No loading or unloading Overtime opportunities Long-term work with a growing company What the job looks like You'll mainly transport goods between fulfilment centres, so you can focus on what you do best – driving .Most shifts are around 12 hours and can include both day and night work. You'll normally have an 11-hour daily rest period, with occasional longer hours or weekend work during particularly busy periods. There is no loading or unloading expected from you . What we're looking for A valid CE licence Driver CPC / DQC card Digital Tachograph Card At least 6 months' HGV Class 1 driving experience A good understanding of UK drivers' hours and tachograph regulations No more than 6 penalty points and no DD, DR or IN endorsements Sufficient spoken and written English for the role Confidence using mobile phone apps – training can be provided if needed Flexibility to work up to 60 hours per week where required Successful applicants will also need to complete the required background check and drug and alcohol screening Your day-to-day role Drive safely between fulfilment centres Transport goods from station to station Carry out daily vehicle checks Report any vehicle or trailer issues Use route-navigation apps to keep deliveries running on schedule Communicate professionally with colleagues and site teams Interested?
