This fixed-term, full-time role supports the Warm Home Discount Scheme, representing and fostering relationships across diverse communication channels. You will deliver exceptional service for a government financial aid scheme, assess and process applications, communicate outcomes to applicants, handle challenges, and ensure adherence to guidelines. Full training and support will be provided. Your contributions will impact community support and equitable access.
Seize this exciting opportunity to support the Warm Home Discount Scheme, which runs annually from October through March. We have multiple start dates available from 20 October 2025.
