This position is highly regarded in HGF and forms an integral part of the running of our trade mark operations. Based in Leeds, London or Manchester, the position will support our colleagues in Amsterdam and work closely with Trade Mark Attorneys, Partners, and Paralegals in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer legal formalities for clients' trade marks and designs in the Netherlands, Europe, and beyond.
- Ensure trade mark filing, action, and renewal deadlines are met with 100% accuracy.
- Progress actions required of Trade Mark Attorneys and Associates to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and execute documentation for the registration and renewal of trade marks and designs.
- Maintain and update the computerized record system for trade marks and designs.
- Manage a due date diary system to ensure deadlines are met efficiently and accurately.
About You:
You will bring proven experience in legal administration, with strong organisational abilities and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of your work. You communicate confidently in both English and Dutch and are comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastâpaced environment. Proactive and adaptable, you can anticipate the needs of Fee Earners and clients, work effectively as part of a team, and use your own initiative when required. With excellent Microsoft Office skills, you are able to deliver highâquality administrative support consistently and efficiently.
