We’re looking for an L&D Business Partner to design, deliver, and evaluate learning that builds both technical/IT capability and core behavioural skills. You’ll work closely with stakeholders as a trusted advisor, shaping a culture of continuous learning and supporting the firm’s strategic talent goals.
Key Deliverables
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training across IT systems, technical processes, business skills, and soft skills.
- Support onboarding and early-career development.
- Design and update learning content, including digital and blended solutions.
- Create and deliver leadership and coaching programmes; provide 1:1 coaching.
- Contribute to the firm’s learning strategy and evaluate learning impact.
- Support leaders with team development and learning initiatives.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional with a strong background in delivering both IT and soft-skills training, ideally within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate will be a confident facilitator and coach, able to design and deliver engaging blended learning solutions that meet diverse learner needs. They will be comfortable working with LMS platforms and a range of digital learning tools, bringing creativity and structure to the learning experience. Relevant L&D, coaching, or IT qualifications—such as CIPD, TAP, ILM, CTP, or NLP Practitioner—are essential. As this role supports teams across multiple locations, the ability to travel throughout Europe is required.
