Working closely with the Internal Communications and Events Manager and the Events Executive, the role will support the promotion, coordination and evaluation of events, contribute to thought leadership content, and deliver clear, engaging and consistent internal communications that strengthen colleague engagement and understanding. You are an organised, detail‑focused communicator with experience in communications, marketing or events, and you excel at creating clear, engaging content for different audiences and channels. Confident in drafting, editing and coordinating communications, you enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues to gather stories, support campaigns and produce high‑quality materials that are consistent, accurate and on‑brand. You’re also comfortable supporting the delivery of corporate events, including providing on‑site assistance and helping to produce post‑event summaries and insights.

Creative and proactive, you can design visually appealing assets using tools like Canva (or are keen to develop this skill), and you’re confident working with calendars, workflows and multiple deadlines. You combine strong interpersonal skills with the ability to analyse feedback and continuously improve how communications and events are delivered.
