We are seeking an organised, proactive and candidate centric Talent Attraction Resourcer to join our in-house Talent Attraction team. This role plays a critical part in recruiting and building a strong pipeline of top talent across our business. You will utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to actively identify, engage, and attract high-calibre candidates across a range of roles, including Attorneys & Solicitors, graduates, legal support and operational roles. It is an exciting time to join the team following significant investment into our talent attraction capability, the role will also support the implementation of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively source and engage candidates across a range of functions.
- Screen candidates via phone, Teams and in-person and provide feedback.
- Build and maintain market talent maps to support proactive pipelining, succession planning, and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Support hiring managers and the Talent Attraction Manager with candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling as required.
- Support with the implementation of a new ATS.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activity via trackers, spreadsheets and the ATS.
- Support the delivery of early careers and graduate recruitment campaigns, including university engagement and event coordination.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment coordination, resourcing, or talent acquisition role, ideally with in-house experience. Working experience for Legal or Professional Services recruitment. Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools/platforms. Familiarity with managing or supporting recruitment processes within an in-house or RPO setting is preferred. Comfortable using HR/recruitment technology (Networx/Cascade would be a bonus). A working understanding of the intellectual property field would be beneficial. Experience working with graduate and/or STEM recruitment would be a bonus. French, German or Dutch language skills.
