We are delighted to be partnering with a mid sized furniture retailer. Operating a number of showrooms in Central London, we are now looking to secure a "best in class" Store Manager for one of their flagship Central London sites.
We seek a Store Manager who has extensive experience within the furniture field (we will also consider Managers from other product areas). This is a destination store, offering a considered purchase. We look to seek those who have experience in converting a high percentage of the modest number of individuals who visit the showroom.
You will be responsible for:
- Sales performance
- Customer satisfaction
- Staff training / leadership and development
Fostering client loyalty with a 100% customer-centric attitude is key, coupled with using business metrics to drive performance.
