Shop Manager - Furniture Showroom

We are delighted to be partnering with a mid sized furniture retailer. Operating a number of showrooms in Central London, we are now looking to secure a \”best in class\” Store Manager for one of their flagship Central London sites. We seek a Store Manager who has extensive experience within the furniture field (we will also consider Managers from other product areas). This is a destination store, offering a considered purchase. We look to seek those who have experience in converting a high percentage of the modest number of individuals who visit the showroom. You will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training / leadership and development. Fostering client loyalty with a 100% customer-centric attitude, is key coupled with using business metrics to drive performance.
