Our client is a contemporary, innovative global fashion brand. It is a fast-paced omnichannel business. Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking to secure a Senior Assistant Merchandiser - RETAIL (not manufacturing). Currently operating at AM level, your ambition will be to take on further responsibility in this mid-sized business. You should be agile and accurate with excellent numerical and analytical skills. You will support the Senior Merchandiser in all numerate/trading areas of the business.
This brand operates via store and online. This is a hybrid-based role, with 3 days in the London-based office. You must have Merchandising/Planning FASHION experience gained in the UK. We seek an individual who has large company experience AND small brand FASHION/company experience that has given them a holistic overview.
Capabilities include:
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously
- Strong proficiency with Excel including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
- Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with planning regions, brands, supply, and commercial stakeholders
- Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting, demand planning, innovation planning
You will have a minimum of 12 - 18 months Merchandising fashion experience.
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 + benefits.
