The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead all performance-driven marketing activities, ensuring the digital side of the business thrives. Your focus will be on website management, SEO, paid media, email marketing, CRM, and data analytics. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing, developing data-driven digital strategies that align with business goals. You will work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure digital campaigns complement brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy: Work with the Head of Marketing to define digital marketing objectives that align with business goals.
- Website Management: Oversee the website, ensuring it is fully functional, user-friendly, and optimised for conversions.
- SEO & Content Optimisation: Implement SEO strategies, update product pages, and improve organic search rankings.
- CRM & Email Marketing: Develop email marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use GA4 and other tools to track and optimise performance, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure alignment in campaign messaging and execution.
- Paid Media: Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, and programmatic).
- Social Media: Support the Brand Manager in shaping the social media strategy, with a focus on growth and engagement.
- Innovation: Keep informed of emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to help shape a forward-thinking approach.
The Candidate
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce/website management, and performance analytics, preferably within F&B.
- Proficient in SEO platforms, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and CRM platforms.
- Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on optimising customer journeys and conversions.
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
