Hours: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Days only (typically between 6:30am – 7:00pm, depending on site needs). Average 40.25 hours per week

We\’re looking for an energetic and hands-on MHE Trainer to support and deliver training across our warehousing operations In this key role, you\’ll be responsible for ensuring that all MHE users are trained, competent, and confident in operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet pullers and more — safely and to the highest standard.
Whether you\’re already RTITB certified or have strong operational experience and want to become certified (we\’ll support you), this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact and support the development of others.

The Role:
• Delivering engaging, high-quality MHE training sessions
• Certifying operators through Novice, Refresher, or Conversion courses
• Maintaining accurate and audit-ready training records
• Partnering with Safety and Ops teams to support site compliance
• Helping embed a strong safety-first culture across the warehouse
The Requirements:
• RTITB certification (or equivalent)
• Reach Truck or Counterbalance experience (essential to complete trainer qualification)
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail
• A passion for developing others and promoting safety
