RATES:
- HGV Class 2 Days: £16.21 per hour (Not including holiday pay)
- £18.16 per hour (Including holiday pay)
Estimated weekly pay based on 45 hours: £817.20
Expected annual earnings: £42,494 (Inclusive of holiday pay)
DUTIES:
- Carry out multi-drop deliveries to retail, hospitality, and business customers
- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle in line with road and safety regulations
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Load and unload goods, often involving manual handling
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate and supported by correct paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
- Follow planned routes and delivery schedules
- Adhere to all driving laws, working time directives, and tachograph regulations
