Pay Rates: Accrued holiday
- Days £13.20 ph - £19.81ph
- Nights £16.51ph - £23.11ph
***Estimated weekly pay £633.00 based on 48 hrs***
The role
- Deliverkitchens, bathrooms and tilessafely and efficiently to residential properties.
- Work as part of atwo-person delivery team, ensuring customers receive their orders in excellent condition.
- Provide apolite and professional customer service, handling queries face-to-face and by phone.
- Keep customers informed ofestimated delivery timesand any delays or issues.
- Deliver stock safely to the customer’sroom of choice, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Completepre-delivery checksto ensure all required stock is loaded correctly.
- Accurately complete all requireddelivery documentation and paperwork.
- FollowHealth & Safety procedures, including dynamic risk assessments and safe working practices.
- Assist withloading and unloading vehiclesas required.
- Check the customer is satisfied with the delivery before leaving the property.
- Ensure allreturns and collectionsare completed accurately.
- WorkTuesday to Saturday, averaging10-hour shifts.
Requirements
You must have:
- Be able to work Tuesday to Saturday
- Physically fit and able to carry heavy items
- Excellent customer service skills
- No experience required, training provided
- A reliable and professional approach
- Able to provide a time critical delivery service in line with agreed targets
