Pay Rates & Estimated Earnings
- Class 1 (C+E) Trunking
- Monday to Friday: £17.43/hr O/T £26.15
- Saturday & Sunday: £25.10/hr O/T £31.37
- Estimated Weekly Pay: £972.61
- Estimated Annual Pay: £50,575.72
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles in line with road laws and company policies
- Complete trunking or multidrop deliveries to retail stores, depots, or business locations
- Load and unload goods using roll cages, tail lifts, or manual handling equipment
- Check load security and complete pre-journey vehicle inspections
- Accurately complete all delivery paperwork and digital confirmations
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Follow all health & safety and manual handling guidelines
- Communicate effectively with transport and warehouse teams
