The Finance controller / Director (FD) will be a key member of the executive Board and management teams, responsible for overseeing all financial strategy, planning, and reporting of the company. The FD will drive the company\’s financial and taxation strategies, manage financial risks, and ensure the financial health of the business. In addition, the FD will play a lead role in internal audit and compliance, particularly in respect of the business temporary labour pay and bill arrangements. An audit background and or experience in the recruitment sector may will be an advantage the individual holding this post.

Develop and implement the company\’s financial, capital and taxation strategies.
