HG Recruitment are recruiting Class 1 Drivers in partnership with EVRi to support their operation in Evri Southampton Depot, Southampton, SO16 9RB This is an excellent opportunity for professional Class 1 Drivers looking for ongoing work with regular shifts and excellent earning potential. Pay Rates: Holiday Accrued 0-11 Weeks £16.50 12 + Weeks £18.50 Working Pattern Weekend working required Ongoing work available Full-time and part-time opportunities available Start times between 02:00 am - 12:00 pm The role Carry out multi-drop deliveries across local routes. Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after each shift. Load and unload goods safely, ensuring accuracy and care of all items. Adhere to driving hours, tachograph, and Working Time Directive regulations. Maintain excellent communication with the transport team and customers. Complete all delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately. Represent the company professionally at all times. Requirements You must have: Valid Class 1 (Category C) licence. Valid CPC and digital tachograph card. Newly qualified C+E drivers welcome , provided you have proven Class 2 driving experience prior to obtaining your C+E licence. Recent experience in multi-drop or similar driving roles preferred. A positive attitude, reliability, and strong customer service skills.
