Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalised support to students with a range of SEND needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
- Assist in the delivery of engaging, evidence-based lessons and activities that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement effective learning strategies, adapting resources and approaches as needed.
