What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a small but critical team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
- Manage day-to-day delivery of occupational health services, including corporate flu programmes, vaccinations, and clinics.
- Support business growth by expanding service offerings, such as in-house clinics that may run on weekends, to meet client needs.
- Act as (or work toward becoming) a CQC Registered Manager, maintaining compliance, clinical governance, and quality assurance.
- Oversee financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and basic budget monitoring.
- Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services and improve the customer experience.
- Streamline processes and implement systems that make the service efficient and user-friendly.
- Support marketing and communications to promote services and drive engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role, ideally in occupational health or a clinical service environment.
- Proven leadership experience with small teams.
- Excellent organisational and IT skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, CQC compliance, and health and safety is highly advantageous.
- Either already hold Registered Manager status or be required to work toward it.
- Willingness to apply for an Enhanced DBS check (required for CQC Registered Manager role).
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends usually), with occasional weekend clinics to support business growth and high-demand events.
