Hft is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to provide person-centred, overnight care for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring safety, dignity and independence. You will support with routines, monitor wellbeing and respond calmly to any needs to promote a calm night-time environment.
Night shifts, weekends and sleep-ins may be required, with teamwork across day and night teams to ensure seamless, compassionate support and continuity of care for residents.
