What We Offer
- Location: South Molton, Devon
- Salary: £ per hour rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024 (plus holiday pay)
- Working Hours: Flexible shifts including sleep-ins paid at £58 per shift plus holiday pay over 12%
- Pay Incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
- Training & Development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

Responsibilities
Support individuals with daily activities such as shopping, outdoor activities, personal care, attending events, and developing skills like using public transport and money management. Your role is to empower them to achieve their goals and maintain relationships.
Providing high-quality care, respecting their preferences, and enabling independence are key. Support may include medication management, cooking, and confidence building.
Having a full driving license is preferred but not essential. Access to a vehicle or assistance with transportation is advantageous.
