About You
- Have experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
- Be familiar with CQC regulations and have knowledge of Health and Safety, as well as Safeguarding guidelines
- Hold (or be willing to achieve within 18 months) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or an equivalent qualification
- Have strong IT skills, including experience in maintaining records
- Have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live independent and fulfilling lives
- A full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle, is essential for the role.
